The foundation of our company was laid on January 01, 1998, when Mr. Ali Girit, one of the shareholders and the General Manager of our current company, entered into business with a sole proprietorship Ali GIRIT in Laleli, Istanbul, where the company's headquarters is located.

Seeing that it had become obligatory to become incorporated at a time when changing was imperative taking into consideration the age we are living in and the conditions prevailing in the country, Mr.Ali GIRIT founded AG ELEKTRIK LTD.CO. on 2008.
